Happy New Year from the antipodes, Karen. I hope 2019 is a wonderful year for you. Lovely narcissus…I’m surprised to see them blooming already.

Thank you Jane. And sending a happy new year back to the antipodes! Wishing you a fabulous fun filled year as well. I grew the Paperwhites in the greenhouse. Some came too soon for Christmas, some have another 2 weeks till flowering, and these were just right. It’s so difficult to predict flowering times for Christmas. So I just plant a few each week through autumn and hope for the best. Snowdrops are really early here. I expect the cold weather will suddenly arrive and that will slow everything down. xx

Thank you. Too scented for the house. They went in the summerhouse and then back in the potting shed. I think they will last longer in the cool. Twigs ate particularly well covered in lichen this year.
